It offers an airtight seal similar to a seal around window and door frames and glass bedding applications. This sealant can also act as a sealant of metal joints in overlapping joints, construction panels, rain gutters and can be used together with mechanical fasteners.

It adheres tightly to glass, metal and many other nonporous surfaces. It offers hermetic sealing similar to any joint in numerous applications such as installation of glass, around door and window frames, etc.

It can also be used as a sealant of metal joints when joints overlap, or rain gutters or panels are built; it can be used along with mechanical fasteners. It offers extraordinary weather resistance and develops good adhesion to glass, metal and many other surfaces.
