Special changes and returns

Our Customer Service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our items or shipments, through which we try to offer a quick and effective service to our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return it. (Offering our customers an equal legal period of 14 days under Articles 102 and 104 of the ECSC Treaty) R.D.L. Regulation (EC) No 1/2007 of 16 November 2007 approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws).

You must fill out the return form which you can download here: withdrawal form.

You must send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use, otherwise the return will not be accepted. The shipping of the return to our warehouse is at the customer's expense (we do not accept goods on delivery).

It is very important that you return the product (s) to us in perfect packaging. If products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept returns.

We cannot accept returns of damaged or used products beyond the mere checking of the product, and it is always recommended to keep the original packaging for exchange or return, otherwise the return will not be accepted. Returns of clothes or clothing with odors, scratches, stains, wear, (tobacco, etc.) will not be accepted.

Once we have received the goods in our warehouses and have verified that all the above conditions are met, sekureco.eu will accept the return of the product and will proceed to reimburse the amount according to the payment method used and, if necessary, to send the new product:

  • If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card.
  • If you paid via PayPal, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.
  • If you have paid by bank transfer, you must provide us with an account number.

Note: You will receive a refund within 14 days of receipt of the exchange or return product in our warehouse. Please note that if you paid by credit card, your bank may not show you the amount of the refund until the following month.

To return a product you must contact us via email [email protected].

Please note that sekureco.eu does not accept drop shipping.

In no case will the return of products on order and/or products outside the catalogue and/or personalised product (bicolor, silkscreen, vinyl, etc...) be accepted

The company will endeavour to ensure that the descriptions, illustrations and information are accurate, but does not guarantee that there may be any future change or difference (complaints for this reason, changes and/or returns of orders are not accepted).

Compliance with these requirements is important in order to provide a better service to all SEKURECO customers.

CHANGE OF SIZE OR MODEL

If you need another size or model, you just have to request the return by mail this information is available at: [email protected]or or through the contact form and place a new order with the size or model you need. These are two independent processes.

GUARANTEE

SPAIN, S.L. offers its customers the legal guarantee for new items, in addition to SEKURECO HISPANIA's customers, S.L. they benefit from the commercial guarantee given by the various manufacturers of each of the articles, where this is for a longer period.

Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material or wear and tear resulting from normal use are not covered by this warranty.

Decreases in the functionality of articles due to design limitations are also excluded from this guarantee.

Repair, compost or replacement shall be carried out within a maximum period of three months. In the event that it is technically impossible for our after-sales service to determine whether a defect or defect arises from the manufacture or improper use of the articles that we manufacture, the article will be sent to the manufacturer, so that its Technical Assistance Service (SAT) can determine the cause of the defect and determine whether or not it is covered by the warranty.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN PRODUCT

We are sorry that you did not receive your order in perfect condition, it is possible that the product arrived in such condition from the factory or was damaged during transport.

To help you, contact us by requesting a refund via email [email protected] or through the contact form indicating this motive. To speed up the process you must indicate/attach:

  • Reference of the product and damage suffered.
  • Order number
  • Photograph of the wreckage.

Once we receive your request we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve it.

If a refund is required, we will refund the full amount paid for this item without incurring any return costs, or, if available, we will deliver a new product. You have 24 hours from the date you received the order to make this claim.

** Important: It is mandatory to notify us of the defect of the product and your intention to return it before resending the goods. Otherwise, the return may be refused.

** Important: If a customer refused to deliver an order to the transport agency, the costs associated with transport would be deducted from the amount to be returned to the customer.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CHANGES OR RETURNS BY SUPPLIER

KEMPER

This manufacturer accepts returns according to guidelines. For return of material we must proceed as follows:

- Kemper is responsible for managing the collection with its transport, this service costs EUR 50,00 + VAT.

- Once the material has been received at the factory, after inspection and re-storage, they shall pay for the material returned by deducting 30% of the total value invoiced as a penalty for return.

ROLY

It is mandatory to return the individual packaging bags intact with which the clothes were supplied, since these bags carry the corresponding information to be able to store the goods correctly again, barcodes, product information, etc. Without these bags or damaged or broken is not allowed the return.

SWEDISH

The manufacturer SUECOS is a brand that is made to order and does not accept returns or changes in size.

Also, the return of products or orders whose total amount (taxable amount) is less than €100 will not be accepted.

SEKURECO reserves the right to impose a penalty of up to 10 percentage points (minimum 18€) on the return of goods for warehouse management and handling costs. In the case of overdue and exceptional returns, a surcharge of at least 5 points (at least 40 euros) plus the shipping costs incurred at the time will always be charged.
