POSITIONING BELT CHARACTERISTICS

CHARACTERISTICS OF CONNECTING ROPE

• Category III PPE
• Made from polyester braided yellow-black easily visible
• Mounting or fixing device in a working position
• Total length (from guard to guard): 1 m.
• The diameter is 12 mm.
• Extremes manufactured with thermoset and reinforced inside links for connecting muskets. Musketeers must be certified according to EN362.
• The safety harness can be used as in connection with an energy absorber as a safety harness according to standard EN354.

Lifetime

• Lifetime Reviews: The equipment must be reviewed every 12 months by an authorised person or by the manufacturer. Inspections shall be recorded on the review sheet attached to the PPE together with the instruction manual.
• The maximum shelf life is up to 10 years from the date of manufacture for plastics and textile products. It is undefined for metal products.
• Cleaning: clean with soap and water not above 30oC. Don't dry in the heat.

Applications include: Valid for use with energy absorber as safety harness (EN354).

Revisions and lifetime

Reviews: The equipment must be reviewed every 12 months by an authorised person or by the manufacturer. Inspections shall be recorded on the review sheet attached to the PPE together with the instruction manual.

Cleaning: clean with soap and water not above 30oC. Don't dry in the heat. Lubricate the visages and opening handles occasionally after washing.
