VERTICAL LIFELINE FEATURES

• Category II PPE
• Rope made of polyester with breaking force 28.20 Kn
• Cylindrical rope in high visibility yellow

STANDARDS/ REGULATIONS:

• EN 354 (Mooring equipment)
• EN 358 (Positioning work)

TECHNICAL DATA

• Inspections: the equipment must be inspected every 12 months by an authorized person or by the manufacturer. Inspections must be noted on the inspection sheet attached to the PPE along with the instruction manual.
• The maximum shelf life is up to 10 years from the date of manufacture for plastics and textile products. It is undefined for metal products.
• Cleaning: Clean with soap and water not exceeding 30ºC. Do not dry with heat.

CONNECTION ROPE CHARACTERISTICS

• Category III PPE
• Polyester rope in yellow-black color for easy visibility
• At the top end, eyelet protected by a heat-shrinkable insulating sleeve
• At the other end, a knot that serves as a stop at the lower end, protected by a heat-shrinkable insulating sleeve
• Valid for use with anti-fall sliding devices (alto-chuts).
• Rope diameter: 12mm

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ALTOCHUT

• Altochut with absorber and carabiner for rope 14 mm diameter
• Includes locking and sliding mechanism, retaining pin, locking lever
• With locking lever spring
• Contains flexible cable runner cylinder

• Carabiner and altochut made of galvanized steel
