Version with helmet anchorage 3M Peltor Optime III are high performance hearing protectors, developed for use in environments with very high noise levels. The protection is based on a dual housing technology that minimizes resonance in the support housing and provides maximum high frequency damping. An acoustic connection between the inner volume and the volume between casings provides good low frequency damping. The pads are wide and filled with soft plastic foam for ideal lacing and low contact pressure.
