Retractable tool holder with resistivity up to 2.2 Kg (5lb). The DBI-SALA® tool retractor of 3M the 2.3 kg (5 lb) has a light and compact housing and a high strength Dyneema® retraction line. This design serves to minimise tool entanglement as well as to minimise the risks of entanglement and tripping in the workplace, while reducing the weight on workers' harnesses and belts.

CHARACTERISTICS

• The retractable design minimizes the risk of entanglement and tripping

  The line is kept comfortably taut when contacting and retracts when not in use, or can be locked to the desired length.
• Secures tools up to 2.3 kg (5 lb)

  The robust Dyneema® retractor line is made from the same material used in various personal fall protection products.
• Working range from 26 cm to 127 cm

  The working length of the retractor helps to extend the reach of the worker and, when not in use, keeps it apart.
• Aluminium self-locking gaskets

  Both ends of the device feature self-locking aluminum muskets to help prevent accidental disconnection or deployment of the musket.
• Compact and lightweight design

  The device adds less than 165 g to the worker's equipment load which is only 0.16 kg.
• Connection to the rotating top housing

  The pivot rotates with the movement of the worker to reduce the torque of the fall guard.
• There is an optional harness adapter (model 1500161)

  Add an attachment point for the retractor sling on the harness strap.
