High quality microfinishing materials
Other plates, sheets, film, foil and strip 3M 675L securely anchors micronic graded diamonds to a polyester film backing. Known for its strength and toughness, the polyester film backing makes it tough so it can withstand a high-strength finish. The rolls are also color coded by grade to help you reduce the risk of selecting the wrong grade.

Waterproof backing
Polyester film backs are also water resistant, so the abrasive can be used with a wet lubricant, which helps remove chips and unwanted debris and keeps the abrasive running cool. When used in roll form for a process such as final finishing, our 675L roll allows for slow abrasive feed speeds and requires fewer steps, due to its durability, which in turn can reduce costs.
