The cutting disk 3MTM CubitronTM II uses PSG grain 3M which provides exceptional cutting speed and long life, suitable for use on almost any material. Our cutting discs outperform all others in both performance and service life, offering significant productivity improvements.

Use the cutting disk 3MTM CubitronTM II, longer lasting than others, to obtain a fast and extruded cut. Our cutting discs are generally used to cut metals, such as body or shipboard sheet metal, stainless steel pipes, exhaust pipes, clamps and rusted fasteners. These discs contain PSG grain 3M so, unlike traditional abrasives, they cut the metal neatly instead of biting or carving it. These tips sharpen themselves continuously as they fracture, providing an extremely fast cut. This relieves accumulated heat due to friction, thereby reducing discoloration and heat-induced tension cracks.

Cubitron II products last much longer than their conventional ceramic counterparts, ensuring high performance in industrial production applications. Cutting discs are attached to a cutting disc machine (sold separately) and must always be used with protection to ensure safety. The discs shall have a maximum operating speed equal to or greater than the maximum speed of the power tool used and shall be used with a disc protector that fits the size of the disc.

Store in the recommended conditions of (16-26°C / 35-50% rH) with a rotation “ first in – first out”. Temperature and humidity conditions outside these ranges should be avoided. Note: The shelf life of the product may be reduced if the original packaging is not properly closed or if the product is stored in a high temperature or humidity environment.
