• Our wheels are designed to perform optimally in a grinder, minimizing heat buildup during operation.
• This makes its use ideal for heat sensitive materials.
• They are filled with abrasive minerals to quickly smooth the edges of metals, plastics, and composites.
• Available in fine, intermediate, hard and extruded grain aluminium oxide and in very fine and fine grain silicon carbide.
• Scotch-Brite abrasives are single-surface conditioning products incorporating abrasives into a matrix of non-woven fibres.
• The combination of abrasives and non-woven material creates an abrasive system that delivers uniform results throughout the product life.
• The open mesh material generates less heat and is resistant to embossing, which preserves the high cutting performance of abrasive minerals by reducing fiber clogging.
