Our fiber discs feature PSG grain 3M of exceptional high performance and bonded with resin to a rigid fiber support.
The PSG grain 3M it takes the form of triangular tips that, unlike traditional abrasives, cut metal cleanly instead of biting or gouging it. The tips continually self-sharpen as they fracture, providing extremely fast cutting. This way, operators can complete demanding tasks with less fatigue. Our discs feature a rigid backing made of vulcanized fiber that resists wear and is suitable for demanding grinding applications. These discs are intended for demanding jobs and are ideal for cleaning welds, grinding and homogenizing metal surfaces. Use them when the work surface requires smaller discs for material removal.
