DIFFICULTY IN BREATHING

The respiratory resistance of the mask is tested during inhalation (constant flow) and exhalation (cyclic flow). The respiratory resistance of masks shall not exceed the following limits:

Maximum resistance to breathing FFP1:

Inhalation at 30 l/min: 0,6 mbar

Inhalation rate 95 l/min: 2.1 mbar

Inhalation rate 160 l/min: 3,0 mbar

PLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions for placement Choose the most suitable size of the two available. Normal size is suggested for most users. The small size (S) is indicated for those with smaller faces.

Before adjusting the mask, make sure your hands are clean. All components of the mask should be inspected for damage.

Using both hands place your fingers on the top panel with your thumbs inside the mask and slightly fold the center of the nasal clip upwards.

Open the mask by pulling on the top and bottom panels until it takes shape. The elastic bands should stay on top.

3. Take the mask in one hand with the inside towards the face, place it covering the chin and with the nose clip up.

4. Place one band under the ears and leave it on the back of the neck and the other on the crown. The rubber bands must not be twisted. Adjust the top and bottom panels until they are comfortable, without the flat edges over the face and covering from the chin to the nose. You can use the side tabs (marked as "A") for a better fit.

Use both hands to shape the nose clip into the shape of a nose and cheekbones to ensure a good seal. Doing it with one hand may result in less effective adjustment and be risky. 6. A fit check of the mask should be made each time it is worn and before entering the contaminated area.

REGULATORY

The products are classified according to their filtration efficiency and their maximum overall performance against inward leakage (FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3), as well as their utility and resistance to clogging. The performance tests of this standard include penetration through the filter; test of practical behaviour; flammability; breathability and total leakage inwards.
