Mask for special particles 9936 FFP3 R D with valve for acid gases lower VLA (5 units) Aura 3M. It offers light, effective, comfortable and hygienic respiratory protection against dust, fog and annoying levels of acidic gas.

Get reliable and effective FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3 respiratory protection against dust, mists, organic vapors, acid gases, ozone (nominal protection factor 10) and hydrogen fluoride with special particulate respirators 3M™. They have a layer of activated carbon that relieves unpleasant odors and are ideal for welding or waste sorting environments. Our lightweight cup-shaped design is warp-resistant and the soft face adjustment piece, nose clip and dual straps help provide a comfortable fit on a wide variety of face shapes.

Color-coded braided bands identify the level of protection offered: red for FFP3 (nominal protection factor 50). They are designed to fit perfectly with eye and hearing protection products from 3M.

MATERIALS

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Storage and transport Special 3MTM 9936 masks have a shelf life of 3 years. The expiry date is stated on the carton. Before you start using them, check that the product is within its shelf life. The product should be stored in a clean, dry place in a temperature range of – 20°C to + 25°C at a relative humidity < 80%. Use the original packaging to store and transport the product.

HOW TO DISPOSE OF THE PRODUCT

Contaminated products should be disposed of in accordance with local hazardous waste laws.

CLEANING

If the mask is going to be used for more than one shift, the sealing joint should be cleaned at the end of each shift using the cleaning wipes 3M 105. DO NOT immerse this product in water. Store the mask in a clean, airtight container.

These products meet the requirements of the European standard in 149: 2001 A1: 2009, autofiltrants for particles. These masks offer protection against solid and non -volatile liquid particles.

These products are classified according to their filtration efficiency and their inward leakage value (FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3), also according to their use time and resistance to clogging.

The tests included in this standard include filter penetration, tests after storage, flammability, breathing resistance and internal leakage. Reusable masks must also reflect care instructions and mandatory storage and clogging performance tests (colmation testing is optional for disposable masks). You can purchase a copy of the EN 149:2001 +A1:2009 standard through AENOR.
