Arc Knight® welding sleeves, flame retardant cotton 520gr./m2 for demanding applications (pair).

CHARACTERISTICS

• High comfort and flexibility.
• For intense use, FR cotton 520 gr./m² with black cow suede leather reinforcement apron.
• 25 washes at 60° C.

MATERIALS

520 gr/m² and silk, are used with 3 layers of KEVLAR® to manufacture this product, as well as insulated buttons and hook and loop fastening materials for closures and reinforcements. DuPont™ and KEVLAR® are trademarks or registered trademarks of Nemours and Company.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Store in a dry place with temperatures above 5˚ Celsius. Do not stack more than 5 boxes on a pallet.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

This product is designed to be used in all arc welding processes, such as MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG, micro plasma, spot and gas welding as well as plasma and oxyfuel spraying, shaving, arc and thermal welding. Since applications vary, it is the user's responsibility to identify the appropriate product for each application.

This flame retardant cotton/leather work clothing will be used for general work activities as well as welding. The user must ensure that all closures are closed especially for use with welding applications and that the correct size is chosen. If any molten metal gets stuck to clothing, the user must remove it immediately. The user must always wear the bib overalls in combination with a welding jacket. If the user observes sunburn-like symptoms, UV rays pass through the product. In this case, the product must be repaired or replaced. Therefore, the user should know that they need more layers of protection in the future
