Arc Knight® welding jacket, flame retardant cotton 520gr./m2 for demanding applications reinforced with cow suede leather.

CHARACTERISTICS

• High comfort and flexibility.
• For intense use, FR cotton 520 gr./m² with black cow suede leather reinforcement apron.
• Sleeves with double closure.

MATERIALS

Cowhide leather with side slits in combination with 520 gr/m² fire retardant fabric is used with 3 layers of KEVLAR® for the manufacturing of this product, as well as current insulated push buttons and hook and loop fastening materials for the closures and refuerzos.DuPont ™ and KEVLAR® are trademarks or registered trademarks of E.I.duPont by Nemours and Company.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

This product is designed to be used in all arc welding processes such as MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG, micro plasma, spot and gas welding, as well as plasma and oxygen cutting, gouging, brazing and thermal arc spraying. . Because applications vary, it is the user's responsibility to identify the right product for each application.

This flame retardant cotton/leather work clothing for use in general work activities as well as welding. The user must ensure that all closures are closed especially for use with welding applications and choosing the correct size. If molten metal sticks to clothing, the user should remove clothing immediately. The user must always wear the chest protector and orthosis in combination with a welding jacket. If the user observes sunburn-like symptoms, UV radiation passes through the product. In that case, the product needs to be repaired or replaced

HEALTH INFORMATION

All materials have been tested for pH, Chromium (VI) and PCP levels and meet CE health standards. Coloring: coloring is done with natural materials.
