• The 967A sheet disc 3MTM CubitronTM II provides excellent cutting rates in low to medium-high pressure applications.
• Our discs are ideal for flat surfaces or outside the work edge, especially where finishing and not leaving marks is important.
• Our sheet discs include PSG grain 3M which provides an exceptionally high cutting rate at low pressure. This grain takes the form of triangular tips that, unlike traditional abrasives, cut the metal cleanly instead of biting or carving it.
• These tips sharpen themselves continuously as they fracture, providing an extremely fast cut.
• The disk sanding enhancer, activated by heat, makes them an excellent product for all kinds of metals. This enhancer keeps the disc cooled by working on stainless steel and heat-sensitive metals, such as nickel and titanium alloys, reducing metal discoloration and oxidation, as well as the risk of heat-derived tension cracks.
• Sheet discs are three-dimensional rough discs, formed by several layered sheets with fiber reinforcement and abrasive coating coming out of a central head. As the overlapping layers of sheets wear out, they continually expose fresh abrasive mineral for quick and even cutting, while the sheets' cushioning creates a smooth finish.
• Our sheet metal discs work on right-angle grinders.
