The disc 3M™ Trizact™ Hookit™ 443SA is used to remove and refine sanding scratches before using the polishing system 3M™ Perfect-it™.

STORAGE AND SECURITY

Storage It is recommended that all coating abrasive products be stored at constant temperature and humidity levels, between 18 and 22°C and between 50% and 65% relative humidity. They should be kept away from damp (or cold) walls, windows or floors to avoid possible moisture absorption. Likewise, storage near heat sources such as steam pipes, radiators, hot air ducts, ovens, etc. should be avoided. The best way to store the product is in its original packaging until it is ready to be used. Storage life is indefinite under these conditions.

Security: Wherever possible, sanding should be carried out in a well-ventilated area and the use of appropriate goggles, dust masks and gloves is strongly recommended. Discs should only be used on machines with a suitable backing plate, specifically designed and well maintained at all times. The abrasive discs must be symmetrically arranged and must not protrude more than 2 mm from the outer edge of the support plate. Damaged or deformed abrasive discs or backing plates must not be used.
