Gas and vapour filter 6051i ESLI A1 (2 filters) 3M Class and Class 2. Filters for organic gases and vapours 3Mtm 6051 are suitable for any reusable full face mask 3Mtm with bayonet-type connection and are designed to optimize the field of view. Our filters provide lightweight, balanced respiratory protection for dangerous environments.
These A1 organic vapour and gas filters have all the characteristics that can be found in standard organic vapour and gas filters 3M in addition to a lifetime indicator of 3M.
If you need respiratory protection A1 against organic gases and vapours (boiling above 65 °C), use the filters for organic gases and vapours 3MThis is TM 6051. These filters have brown labels, colour coded according to the classification system EN14387, to indicate the type of protection they offer. These lightweight filters combine protection with comfort and are compatible with our range of half masks and full masks, to work safely in hazardous environments. They offer low breathing resistance and good balance when attached to the mask, and are designed to optimize the field of view. They are quick and easy to attach, and can be used on any reusable mask 3Mtm with bayonet connection. They can also be used in combination with particulate filters 3Mtm and particulate filter retainers 3MThis is TM 501.
CHARACTERISTICS
- It has a visual end-of-life indicator (ESLI) to help users determine when to change their filters in appropriate environments.*.
- The ESLI is located inside the filter, next to the activated carbon.
- When organic vapors pass through the filter, they are also absorbed by the ESLI.
- The transparent filter wall allows users to control the progress of the indicator bar.
- When the filter is exposed to specific vapour concentrations, users will notice a change in the gauge.
- See the instructions for use of 6051i and 6055i to determine if these filters are suitable for your working environment.
BENEFITS

SELECTION OF FILTER
DURABILITY OF FILTERS
Filters used in industrial environments the useful life depends on factors such as humidity, concentration of pollutant in the environment, temperature, time of use ... and must be replaced when you notice resistance to breathing or smell or taste of the pollutant to which you are exposed. Since there are so many work environments, each with its own characteristics, we cannot say precisely how durable the filters are.
Generally the service life of filters is 5 years from manufacture, but it is recommended that they should not be used more than 6 months after their first use if one of the reasons for their replacement mentioned in the previous paragraph has not been met before. (The lifetime of an unsealed chemical filter is normally indicated on the label. Once the filter has been unsealed, it lasts for up to 6 months, regardless of the expiry date indicated on it.).
