CHARACTERISTICS

• Cut & Polish Scotch-BriteTM laminated brushes use the exclusive "nonwoven" material technology of 3MTM.
• Our brushes feature an open mesh construction that helps to limit downtime and increase productivity by reducing dent and maintaining a more effective cutting action for longer, resulting in less frequent replacement than with conventional brushes.
• Nonwoven technology makes Scotch-Brite industrial abrasives unique. The combination of fiber strands, resin and abrasive mineral forms an open, thick mesh.
• The spring-like nature of the fibres responds to contours and allows for the effective removal of dripping, stains and unwanted contaminants without altering the geometry of the workpiece, thereby reducing the need for repetitive work and increasing productivity.
• The holes in the mesh allow chips to escape so that debris does not clog the ore. The mesh fibers break continuously with use to display new ore and offer exceptional uniformity, superior cutting performance and extremely long service life. Scotch-Brite products not only improve productivity, but also improve operator safety by reducing the need for pastes and cleaning chemicals.
