This is Model 2450.

The StealthLite Rechargeable 2450 provides a powerful Xenon beam after each charge. It's submersible and corrosion resistant. The charger base can be installed at home or at work via the 220 V transformer or connected directly to a vehicle's 12 V power outlet. It incorporates a set of long-lasting rechargeable NiMH batteries although it can also be used with 4 AA type alkaline batteries.
