This helps to maintain a sharp cut and prolong the life of the abrasive. 6220J also comes in a variety of grades to accommodate varying degrees of stock removal. Choose between 125, 74 and 40 degrees. Degrees like 40 microns tend to finish thinner. Degrees like 125 microns tend to cut more aggressively.

Each block is color-coded by grade to help reduce the risk of error during a multi-step sequence. With up to five blocks per case, operators can also reduce the need for new orders. This small but powerful accessory is useful when cutting tools begin to wear out.
