Unwanted burrs, stains and contaminants are effectively removed while maintaining workpiece geometry; All of this reduces the need for repeat work and helps increase productivity. Additionally, the mesh holes allow chips to escape, preventing clogging of the abrasive. To ensure a consistent cut over the life of the abrasive, the disc's reinforcing resin bond gradually breaks down with use to reveal new fibers and a super-sharp silicon carbide abrasive.

High-strength fiber resists fragmentation and performs well on edges. These discs offer low vibration and spark, high speed and long life, with the added benefit of a Roloc™ accessory. The Roloc™+ button is attached to the full length of the disc, increasing strength and ease of use, and allowing you to operate the disc on its edge to clean corner welds and other hard-to-reach areas. Operators can quickly attach the disc to a Roloc™ mount (sold separately) that attaches to the power tool, minimizing setup and connection times and helping to improve productivity.
