High performance ceramic abrasive disc 777F Roloc 3M. What. A mixture of ceramic and aluminum oxide mineral that automatically sharpens and offers greater durability and a higher cutting rate than aluminum oxide.
The disc 3MTM RolocTM 777F contains a high-performance ceramic abrasive grain mixed with alumina for a combination of durability and cutting efficiency. Our 777F drives increase productivity both in removing excess material and in finishing.
Use the disc 3MTM RolocTM 777F for both wet and dry applications. Our 777F discs contain a mixture of ceramic abrasive and alumina mineral that is self-sharpening and allows for greater durability and cutting power than discs containing only alumina. The water-resistant polyester support is extremely durable, as it supports applications at medium pressure and, at the same time, allows the disc to be used wet or dry.
The Roloc connection system allows for quick and easy disc switching. The sanding enhancer reduces operating temperatures, which helps to protect heat sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel and titanium alloys. The abrasive is attached to the support by means of a heat-resistant resin coating, which retains its robustness even when subjected to pressure, heat or water.
Supply: 5 to 10 working days
CHARACTERISTICS
- The attachment system 3MTM RolocTM enables efficient and safe attachment and removal of the disc.
- The polyester backing is extremely resistant to withstand medium pressure applications while maintaining consistent performance in both wet and dry applications.
- The grinding assistant reduces grinding temperatures for processes involving heat sensitive alloys, such as stainless steel, nickel and titanium alloys.
- The heat-resistant resin coating binds the abrasive to the backing for increased durability under pressure, heat and water.
BENEFITS
Our 3MTM RolocTM Disc 777F is resin bonded to withstand high temperatures and pressures. A grinding assistant on the 777F disc reduces grinding temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys, such as stainless steel and nickel alloys.
3MTM The ceramic abrasive grain 3Mtm is a ceramic mineral designed to improve grain toughness and hardness. For higher performance, the products 3MTM RolocTM Disc 777F contain aluminium oxide mineral mixed with ceramic abrasive grain of 3Mtm, which is one of the hardest and most durable minerals available. Ceramic abrasives, perfect for removing material from moderate to heavy, are designed to cut quickly and handle intense stress and heat applications. Ceramic aluminum oxide mixtures outperform aluminum oxide abrasives in cutting speed and durability, making them an excellent choice for difficult grinding applications.
- The mixture of ceramic abrasive and alumina mineral is self-sharpening and allows higher durability and cutting power than using only alumina.
- The connection system 3MTM RolocTM allows you to change discs quickly and easily.
- The polyester support is extremely durable, as it supports medium pressure applications and, at the same time, maintains a uniform performance in both wet and dry applications.
- The sanding enhancer reduces operating temperatures in processes with heat sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel and titanium alloys.
- The heat-resistant resin coating binds the abrasive to the support to obtain greater durability to pressure, heat or water.
