CHARACTERISTICS

Removes defects, sand scratches and swirl marks
Identifiable by its red and white design, with the mark of 3M stamped on its back, the finesse-it polishing pad of 3M it comes in 3- and 5-inch diameters. Achieve best results on a variety of transparent layers using the 3-inch pad when running between 3,000 and 6,000 rpm on a rotary polisher or between 10,000 - 12,000 rpm on a random orbital polisher. Our 5-inch polishing pad should operate between 3,000 and 6,000 rpm on a rotary polisher or between 10,000 and 12,000 rpm on a random orbital polisher.

Secure grip for better polishing
This pad is manufactured with the Hookit 3M for quick attachment and removal of the pad. Hookit polishing pads are conveniently and firmly attached to a hook-and-loop backing disc pad (sold separately) on rotary or random orbital tools, can be removed cleanly and easily, and can be reused time and again over the life of the pad. The final results depend on the combination of coating, polishing and tools used.
