SENKO warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years from the date of purchase from the manufacturer or authorized distributor of the product
The manufacturer is not responsible (under this warranty) if its testing and examination reveals that the alleged defect in the product does not exist or was caused by the buyer's (or third party's) misuse, negligence or improper installation, testing or calibration. Any unauthorized attempt to repair or modify the product, or any other cause of damage beyond the scope of intended use, including fire damage, lightening, water damage or other hazard, voids the manufacturer's liability.
WARNING
- Do not replace or change parts. In this case, we do not guarantee the warranty and safety even though it is under warranty.
- Before use, remove any residue on the surfaces of the sensor, LED or buzzer hole.
- Test the performance of the gas sensor through gas beyond the alarm level regularly. Test the device regularly if its LED, alarm and vibration work properly.
- Use the device under the indicated conditions, including temperature, humidity and pressure range. Use environment outside of instructions may cause malfunction or failure.
- Sensors inside the device can indicate gas concentration differently depending on the environment, such as temperature, pressure, and humidity.
- Be sure to calibrate the detector in the same or similar environment as specified.
- Changes Extreme temperature changes can cause drastic changes in gas concentration. (e.g. using the detector where there is a large gap between the indoor and outdoor temperature)
- Use the device when the concentration stabilizes
- Pressure Severe pressure or impact can cause drastic changes in gas concentration. Therefore, use the device when the concentration is stable. Severe pressure or impact can also cause the sensor or device to malfunction.
- The alarms are set according to international standard and must be changed by an authorized expert.
- Charging or replacing the battery should be done in a safe area where there is no risk of explosion or fire. Changing the sensor or battery with incorrect replacements, which are not authorized by the manufacturer, may void the warranty.
- iR communication should take place in a safe area where there is no risk of explosion or fire.
CAUTION
- Before using this device, please read the manual carefully.
- This device is not a measuring device, but a gas detector.
- If the calibration and self-test continually fail, do not use the device.
- Clean the detectors with a soft cloth and do not use chemicals to clean.
