Filters for motorised breathing equipment 3MTM VersafloTM of the TR-300+ series provide protection against dust, fog and other particle hazards when used with motorised breathing equipment 3MTM Versaflo of the TR-300 series and an approved hood of 3MTM.
The TR-3712N is a high efficiency particulate filter (HE) for use with the TR-300 series PAPRs. The TR-3712N is a direct replacement for the TR-3710N. The TR-3712N filter is compatible with both TR-370 and TR-371 filter covers.
For use with for use in the manufacture of motor vehicles 3MTM
CHARACTERISTICS
- High efficiency particulate filter
- Suitable package size
- Easy to install
BENEFITS
TR-3712E: Particulate filter (P) for protection against dust, fog, smoke and other particulate hazards
TR-3802E: Particulate filter (P) for protection against dust, haze, fumes and other hazards from particulate matter + nuisance level of organic vapors (concentrations below the occupational exposure limit)
TR-3822E: Particulate Filter (P) for protection against dust, fog, fumes and other hazards from particulate matter + nuisance level of acid gases (concentrations below the occupational exposure limit). Protection against hydrogen fluoride up to 10 times the environmental limit value
EC approved according to EN 12941 (TH2 or TH3 depending on helmet combination)
For use with the TR-300+ motorised breathing apparatus 3MTM
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Rated protection factor (RPF):
It depends on the head unit 3M used.
Protection class TH2
• FPN = 50
Protection class TH3
• FPN = 500
Note: The nominal protective factor (PNF) is a figure derived from the maximum percentage of total inward leakage permitted by the European standards in force for a respiratory protective device of a given class. This may not be the level of respiratory protection that users can realistically expect in the workplace. Many countries, such as the United Kingdom and Germany, apply assigned protection factors (ASFs). Companies may apply a lower value than the NPV/APR if they deem it appropriate. See EN 529:2005 and national guidelines on protection at work for the application of these values at work. For more information, please contact 3M.
Output flow characteristics
• Manufacturer's minimum design flow rate (MMDF) 170 l/min
• Standard flow rate 185 l/min +/- 10 l/min
• High flow rate 205 l/min +/- 10 l/min
