Description

Anticated system with integrated evacuation function - lg. 30 m

Anaticized sliding system on braided rope with built-in descent on anchor point, which allows the unlocking of the anchor point and the descent of the victim.

This set allows the anticipation of the rescue system even before the installation of the anticate.

Equipped with different anchor tapes, this kit can be installed in a multitude of supports (scalera, post, large size structure...).

NORMS

- EN353-2: A corrugated anticate in flexible security support is a device that automatically blocks and immobilizes on vertical support in case of user crash. The safety support can be cable or rope (trained or corded). These flexible supports should be stabilized with a counterweight. Resistance to the breakdown of these systems 15 kN.

- EN 795:2012: refers to anchor systems, but in this case it focuses on portable anchoring devices. These devices are designed to be used on the floor or on flat surfaces and do not require a fixed installation in a structure.

- EN 341:2011 refers to the security devices for the descent of people and focuses on the brake systems used in the rescue and evacuation ropes. This rule sets the safety, performance and testing requirements for those teams that are used in activities such as high work, rescues and emergency situations. The main objective is to ensure that these devices are safe and effective, minimizing the risk of accidents during use.

USE

It will be used only in a work that requires significant displacements.

HOW TO CHOOSE

The choice of anticate should be made based on the displacements to be made. Evidently, when the anticated system is chosen, the position of the fixing point should be studied.

If the displacement is purely vertical (through a staircase for example) it will always favor a corrugated anticate in security support. They present the advantage of being able to install (some of them) permanently in the structure.

If the displacements can be horizontal and vertical, an automatic regression antic will be preferred. This is the anti-fault that provides greater freedom of movement.

Corridors should always be used vertically from the anchor point.

Automatic retrogress anticates are perfectly suited for small-height work, as the blockage is almost instantaneous, thus limiting the required free height.

For work on a tilted plane with a corrective anticate, it is necessary that the anticate be equipped with a manual locking system.

APPLICATIONS

It can be used there where the user needs a great freedom of movement and where he or she has to cross obstacles while he/she remains safe.

Anticates in security support are mainly used for the following professions:

  • Post work
  • Work on rocky wall
  • Remonte work
  • Glass Washer
  • Journalist
  • Salvador
  • Sealing Technique
  • Antenna technician, telecommunication

Automatic retrogress anticates will be used rather for the following professions:

Work on the facade, on terrace, on scaffolding, on bars, and on maintenance.

THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF RESCATE AND

When working high, an accident may occur that requires the intervention of a rescue team to evacuate the victim.

In that case, the rescue team personnel must intervene in an emergency situation and the ORO REGULATION in such cases is to Evirate the ACCIDENT.

Therefore, and before any intervention, the following should be asked:

  • Is there residual risk after the accident (electric risk, gas presence...)?
  • Do I have the capacity to intervene (from the physical, psychological, technical...)?
  • Do I master the rescue plan (called emergency services...) and the evacuation operating mode?
  • Have I received SPECIFIC training in rescue operations to be implemented? (OBLIGATION of Directive 89/655/EEC Article 7 and annex II 4.4.f [directiva 2001/45/CE]).

Rescue staff may then intervene in accordance with the above-mentioned rescue plan, and their priorities will be:

  • Secure the victim,
  • Withdraw the victim from the suspension situation as soon as possible,
  • Expect the arrival of aid in the best possible conditions.

Each situation is unique and requires the right material. In establishing an evacuation plan that defines the human and material means to be used, we must distinguish between the following situations:

  • evacuation in confined space,
  • self-evacuation in fixed post,
  • evacuation in the field (multiple situation, one or more victims),
  • evacuation in mechanical rebound.
