Tripods are anchoring devices designed to provide anchors in confined space work. These jobs require the use of an anchorage point (at least) which enables efficient and complete work seguridad.Los tripods are made of aluminum, allowing them to move from one place to another with total ease and agility.

CHARACTERISTICS

HEAD

It has 2 pulleys and 2 anchorage rings for connection to EN 363 anti-roll systems.

ADJUSTABLE FEET

The telescopic construction of the legs allows the height of the tripod to be adjusted to 9 different heights. The legs are adjusted using pins on each leg.

CHAIN

The chain at the base is necessary to maintain the position of the legs of the tripod and to distribute the loads applied during the use of the device.

WARNING:

The chain can cause the person near the tripod to trip.

PURSE

The carrying bag is made of nylon and is designed to protect the tripod during transport and storage.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE

-The equipment must be attributed individually to one person.

-It is recommended that the anchorage point where the anti-fall system will be fixed is above the user. The anchorage point shall have a minimum static resistance of 12kN and shall comply with the requirements of EN 795.

-Personal protective equipment must not be worn by persons whose state of health may affect the safety of the wearer under normal conditions of use or in an emergency.

-Personal protective equipment should only be used by a person trained and competent in its safe use.

LIFETIME

Estimated lifetime of equipment ilimitada.Los the following factors may reduce the shelf life of the product: heavy use, exposure to chemicals, particularly harsh environments, exposure to extreme temperatures, exposure to ultraviolet rays, abrasion, cuts, heavy impacts, or poor use and maintenance. The mandatory annual review shall validate the correct operation of the equipment.

It is mandatory that the equipment be examined by the manufacturer or an authorised person at least once a year.
