Confined space rescue winch (for TRIP1 and TRIP2 tripods) IRUDEK TRN1

The rescue lathe shall be used in conjunction with an automatic replacement fall guard (EN 360 standard) to become a fall guard.

Designed with Ø6,3 mm galvanized steel wire, to descend or ascend a person or material into confined spaces. It has an automatic safety brake and locks in case of release of the lever to prevent uncontrolled descent of the user. The lathe is easily mounted on the tripod leg. Compatible with TRIP1 and TRIP2 types.

CONSERVATION AND MAINTENANCE

-Store equipment in an area free from corrosive elements and excessive heat

-Avoid use in areas containing high concentrations of ammonia.

-When used in humid environments, inspect more frequently.

-Avoid use with acids or other chemicals.

-Clean the outside with soap and water and let it dry outdoors. Do not use harmful chemicals.

-Do not attempt to lubricate, adjust or modify any part or component of this unit.

LIFETIME

The estimated useful life of the equipment is unlimited. The following factors may reduce the shelf life of the product: heavy use, contact with chemicals, particularly harsh environments, exposure to extreme temperatures, exposure to ultraviolet rays, abrasion, cuts, heavy impacts, or poor use and maintenance. The mandatory annual review shall validate the correct operation of the equipment. It is compulsory for the equipment to be examined by the manufacturer or an authorised person at least once a year.

ATTENTION

-A fall harness is the only acceptable body restraint device that can be used in a fall harness. -The fall protection system must be connected only to harness connection points bearing an identification with the capital letter 'A'. The identification 'A/2' indicates that two connection points with the same identification must be connected simultaneously. It is prohibited to connect the protective system to a single connection point which is identified as 'A/2'. -In harnesses with a built-in belt, the connection to the positioning equipment shall be made only to the lateral anchorage rings of the belt. -The connection to the anchorage point and to other equipment must be made by means of muskets in accordance with EN 362. - Before each use of the equipment, it must be carefully checked to ensure that it is in working order and functioning properly. -During the pre-use check it is necessary to carefully inspect all the elements of the equipment to verify that they show no signs of deterioration, excessive wear, corrosion, abrasion, degradation by UV radiation, cuts and incorrect use.
