The new range of Aircap caps are designed to offer maximum comfort and an attractive look to the wearer, and to protect the wearer from blows and head lacerations in a wide variety of applications. Designed with the modern Dryfit anti-sweat band, flexible ABS inner cap that easily adapts to different head sizes (52-65mm), with unprecedented extra ventilation and reflective bands on both the cap and visor.

Available in two colours (marine blue and grey) and three visor lengths (70mm, 55mm and 25mm).

PLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT

In order to ensure adequate protection, the AIRCAP cap must fit properly to the size of the wearer's head.

Head protection products are designed to be used with the visor facing forward and the adjustment backwards.

The AIRCAP cap is adjusted by passing the strap through the buckle on the back of the cap until it fits the head comfortably and securely, so as not to impede forward vision.

APPLICATIONS

The AIRCAP cap shall not protect against the effects of falling or projecting objects or suspended or moving loads. It should not be used as a substitute for an industrial safety helmet, as specified in EN 397.

The AIRCAP cap is designed to absorb energy from a blow by partial destruction or deterioration of the cap and harness, if any, even if such deterioration may not be immediately apparent, any cap that has been subjected to a major impact should be replaced.To ensure adequate protection, the AIRCAP cap should fit the size of the wearer's head.

Users' attention is also drawn to the danger of removing or modifying any original component which forms part of the cap, except for modifications or deletions recommended by the manufacturer of the cap. The AIRCAP cap should not, in any case, be fitted for attaching fittings in a manner other than that recommended by the manufacturer of the device mismo.No apply paint, solvents, adhesives or self-adhesive labels, except in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

LIFETIME

To ensure optimum performance, it is essential that all components of the AIRCAP cap are free from defects and that they are properly stored, maintained and cleaned.

Under normal circumstances, the cap provides adequate protection for 5 years. In some extreme cases, it may deteriorate over a longer period of time corto.Recomendamos dispose of daily and outdoor caps after two years of service.
