These series of protective glasses have been shown to meet the basic health and safety requirements set out in Annex II of EU Regulation 2016/45 and, therefore, have the CE marking. The European certification service ECS GmbH, Huettfeldstrasse 50, 73430 Aalen, Germany, notified body number 1883, has examined these products at the design stage. These products have been tested and have obtained the CE marking according to EN166:2001.

The conformity of these products with the requirements of EN 166:2001 and associated standards has been demonstrated; Therefore, they carry the following markings:

AREAS OF USE AND APPLICATION

These products are intended to protect against high velocity, low energy (F) particles in extreme temperature conditions, between -5°C and 55°C (T), in accordance with standard EN166:2001. They also protect against UV radiation in accordance with standard EN170:2002 (colorless and amber lenses) and solar glare in accordance with standard EN172:1994 (gray, I/O and blue mirror lenses).
