APPLICATIONS

TECHNICAL DATA

• In order to ensure the proper application of this Regulation, the Commission shall adopt implementing acts laying down detailed rules for the application of this Regulation
• In the case of vehicles of categories N1 and N2, the maximum authorised mass of the vehicle shall not exceed:
• THIS REGULATION SHALL BE BINDING IN ITS ENTIRETY AND DIRECTLY APPLICABLE IN ALL MEMBER STATES
• In the case of vehicles of categories M1 and N2 with a maximum mass not exceeding 2000 kg:
• The test shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex I
• This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States
