CHARACTERISTICS
- For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions shall apply: Evo

- SB: Footwear with toe protection tested at an impact of 200 J and a compressive force of 15 kN (includes oil resistant sole)
- S1: Footwear made of leather and other materials, excluding footwear made entirely of rubber or entirely of polymer + closed seating area + SB + A + E
- FO: Oil resistant suede
- A: Anti-static: electrical resistance (between 0,1 and 1000 megaohms)
- E: Energy absorption in the heel area (tested at 20 July)
- SRA: Slip resistance on floors of ceramic tiles with sodium lauryl sulphate solution (soap)
- SRB: Slip resistance on steel floors with glycerol
- SRC: SRA + SRB. Maximum level of non-slip
- IEC 61340-5-1: Resistance to electrostatic discharge (ESD) of less than 35 megaOhms
- DGUV 121-119: Orthopaedic fit of footwear according to German standard DGUV 121-119. The footwear is tested with fitted orthopaedic insoles according to EN ISO 20345
