Scotch® Airtight Sealing Tape lets you quickly and safely seal leaking faucets, threads and valves. The non-adhesive PTFE tape is extremely thin and is also ideal for fine threads. Application is simple: Clean surfaces before applying, wrap tape tightly around the pipe in the direction of the threads, cut it and rethread the pipes. The tape tightens and conforms around the individual threads when the pipes are twisted together. Make sure there are no leftovers protruding from the inside of the lines. The sealing tape is intended for one-time use only. The threaded section must not be unscrewed. It is waterproof, airtight and resistant to pressure up to 6 bars. The package contains a roll of 12mm x 12m white water-repellent sealing tape.

• Extremely thin: It is extremely thin, meaning it achieves a perfect seal even on fine threads.
• Indoor: The adhesive tape is suitable for indoor use and adheres reliably at temperatures up to 260°C.
• Application: Clean the surface, wrap the tape firmly around the spout in the direction of the threads, cut it and screw the spout back on.
• Notes: The excess ends should not protrude inside the line. The sealing tape is intended for one-time use only.
