Description

FFP2 NR D 9926 mask for acid gases with minor VLA valve (10 units) 3M. Protects from annoying levels of acid gases and low concentrations of dust and fog particles. Reduces irritation: designed to avoid discomfort caused by the low levels of gases and vapors present in some operations, along with contaminants in the form of particles, thanks to its layer of active carbon.

The 3M™ Specialty particulate masks offer lightweight, comfortable FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3 respiratory protection against organic vapors, acid gases, ozone, hydrogen fluoride and unpleasant odors. Our masks have a layer of activated carbon that offers relief from unpleasant odors. The convex shape, soft inner face adjustment piece, nose clip and dual straps help fit a wide variety of faces and the color-coded braided bands help quickly identify the level of protection.

Get reliable and effective FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3 respiratory protection against dust, mists, organic vapors, acid gases, ozone (nominal protection factor 10) and hydrogen fluoride with special particulate respirators 3M™ They have an activated carbon layer that relieves unpleasant odors and are ideal for welding or waste classification tasks. Our light -shaped light design is resistant to deformation and the soft facial adjustment piece, the nasal clip and double straps help provide a comfortable adjustment in a wide variety of face shapes. The colored braided bands allow to identify the level of protection offered: yellow for FFP1 (Nominal Protection Factor 4), Blue for FFP2 (Nominal Protection Factor 12) and Red for FFP3 (Nominal Protection Factor 50). They are designed to adapt perfectly to ocular and auditory protection products of 3M.

Compatible with:
Eye Protection 3M
Hearing protection 3M

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Robust cup and shell design: Fits well on faces of different shapes and sizes, adequately maintains shape during use and is resistant to deformation
  •  3M™ Cool Flow™ Valve The Cool Flow valve decreases heat buildup to provide workers with comfortable protection, even in hot or humid environments
  • Color code straps: easy performance level to recognize thanks to straps with colored codes
  • FFP2 - Reliable and effective protection against ozone gas and provides relief from nuisance levels of acid gas (below the threshold limit value, TLV)
  • Compatible with: Eye protection 3M, hearing protection 3M
  • Braided bands are colored for easy identification: blue for FFP2
  • Comfortable, lightweight design separated from the face
  • Thanks to its convex shape, nose clip and two-strap design, it adapts perfectly to a wide variety of face sizes.

BENEFITS

- Exterior design and robustness
- Fit for most users.
- Maintains its shape during use.
- Resistance to deformation even under demanding conditions of use. High performance filter material
- The advanced filter material of 3M it provides high filtration efficiency and low breathing resistance, encouraging the use of the mask throughout the day. Exhalation valve 3M
- The patented exhalation valve 3M reduces heat and moisture buildup inside, improving worker feel, even in hot and humid conditions. Activated carbon
- Provides protection against ozone generated in welding processes and annoying levels of gases and odors (below VLA). Color coded adjustment bands
- To allow quick identification of protection levels, the adjustment bands are identified with different colors (yellow=FFP1, blue=FFP2)

RULES

These products meet the requirements of the European standard EN 149:2001 + A1:2009, self-filtering masks for particles. These masks offer protection against solid and non-volatile liquid particles.

These products are classified according to their filtration efficiency and their inward leakage value (FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3), also according to their use time and resistance to saturation.

The tests included in this standard include filter penetration, tests after storage, flammability, breathing resistance and internal leakage. Reusable masks must also reflect care instructions and mandatory storage and saturation performance tests (saturation testing is optional for disposable masks). You can purchase a copy of the EN 149:2001 +A1:2009 standard through AENOR.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

See Figure

1. Hold the mask in one hand with the nose piece on your fingertips, letting the adjustment bands hang freely below your hand.

2. Place the mask below your chin, with the nose clip facing up.

3. Place the upper adjustment band on the crown of your head and the lower adjustment band on your neck, below your ears.

4. The bands should not be twisted.
