The obligation sign (pictogram and text) is made of vinyl adhesive and is available in five different sizes, the smallest being 100X150 mm and the largest being 300X400 mm. This sign is designed with a blue border and a white pictogram that represents the entry of goods

The sign is used to indicate that the elevators are for exclusive use for goods, meaning that they are not suitable for transporting people. Signs are manufactured on a sheet of self-adhesive gloss white monomeric calendered vinyl

The color coating is applied to it using silk-screen techniques.

The adhesive is protected against the elements by a transparent gloss calendered laminate.

Removable water-based acrylic adhesive, which allows the application to be fixed and removed under very light pressure with the fingers, to later be lifted and repositioned if necessary (a characteristic is lost when excessive pressure is exerted).

Color layer inks

Color layer (according to the needs of the sign) using screen printing inks cured by means of UV radiation for multipurpose use on various plastics.

These are inks with a glossy finish, whose mixture of compounds and radiated curing method give them excellent elasticity and reactivity, not only in overprinting but also in folding and die-cutting.

Mixture of oligomers, monomers, photoiniciators and pigments.

The ink contains the following dangerous elements:

• Hexamethylene diacrylate

• Isobornyl acrylate

• Oxybis(methyl-2,1-ethanediyl) diacrylate

To correctly post a mandatory sign indicating that gloves are required, it is important to ensure that it is clearly visible to people entering the work area. It is recommended to place the sign at eye level and in a place where it cannot be obstructed by other objects or signs.

TheFIXATIONThe signaling element must be carried out on a firm and free surface.

The signal may be ensured byMECHANICAL ELEMENTS(Tornillery, rivets, etc ...) orADHESIVES(Assembly adhesive, queues, silicones ...) carefully, avoiding dirty view or deformation of it.

MAINTENANCE AND RECOMMENDATIONS

With the objective of conserving the functionality for which signaling systems have been conceived, Sekureco recommends maintaining signals free of dust, dirt or any rest or object that avoids visibility and identification of them.

For cleaning it is advisable to use soap solutions preferably, avoiding the use of solvents or abrasive products that can deteriorate the surface of the signal.

The working temperature should not be higher than 45º C. Higher temperatures can deform the support material.
