The signs are manufactured on a self-adhesive white gloss calendered monomeric vinyl sheet

Color coating is applied using serigraphic techniques.

The adhesive is protected against inclement weather by a glossy transparent calendered laminate.

SEMI-RIGID PVC SUPPORT - GLASSPACK

Gloss-finished, high optical quality compressed PVC backing especially suitable for printing using screen printing techniques with UV curing inks in offset.

SELF-ADHESIVE MONOMERIC VINYL SUPPORT

Fused digital printable vinyl sheet calendered monomeric (80μ) white self-adhesive gloss.

Removable water-based acrylic adhesive, which allows the application to be fixed and removed under very light pressure with the fingers, and then lifted and repositioned if necessary.

To properly place an obligation sign indicating that gloves are compulsory, it is important to ensure that it is clearly visible to people entering the work area. It is recommended to place the signal at eye level and in a place where it cannot be obstructed by other objects or signals.

TheFIXEDThe signalling element must be placed on a firm surface free from dirt.

The signal may be secured by:MECHANICAL COMPONENTS(screws, rivets, etc.) orADHESIVES(mounting adhesive, glues, silicones, etc.) carefully, avoiding dirt on the visible surface or deformation of the surface.

MAINTENANCE AND RECOMMENDATIONS

In order to preserve the functionality for which the signalling systems have been designed, SEKURECO recommends that signals be kept free from dust, dirt or any residue or object that prevents their visibility and identification.

For cleaning it is advisable to use soapy solutions preferably, avoiding the use of solvents or abrasive products that may damage the surface of the signal.

The working temperature shall not exceed 45 °C. Higher temperatures may deform the support material.
