• It provides excellent resistance to water and heat, and performs at temperatures up to 149 °C. The neoprene 5 contact adhesive is easily sprayed and cured quickly leaving time to place the parts without slowing down the work processes.
• Start by carefully applying the adhesive to the surface until a uniform coating is formed.
• Using an overlapping pattern, the application of a coating should suffice on most surfaces.
• Some substrates, including porous materials, may require additional coating.
• To apply more adhesive, simply wait until the existing adhesive is dry to the touch and then proceed to apply the additional coating.

APPLICATIONS

It offers high and immediate fastening of parts, good heat resistance and is usually used to join most metals and plastics. It is also suitable for laminating composites or large-area panels.

To minimise the risk of ignition, determine the electrical classifications applicable to the process of using this product and select specific equipment with ventilation pipes to prevent the accumulation of flammable vapours. Ground/equipotential link the vessel and receiving equipment if static electricity may accumulate during transfer.
