Liquid adhesive of neoprene for joints and high performance rubber 3M Gold-yellow 1 litre 3M. What. Neoprene adhesive for joints and high performance rubber 3Mtm is one of our most versatile solvent base adhesives for rubber and joints.
Versatile adhesive for joints and rubber 3Mtm is one of our most versatile solvent base adhesives for rubber and joints. This adhesive binds neoprene, recycled materials, SBR and butyl rubber to metal, wood and most plastics. It provides excellent resistance to water and heat, and performs at temperatures up to 148 °C; it cures quickly and at the same time allows time to place and adjust parts without slowing down work processes. Recommended applications General maintenance and repair operations Bonding of rubber joints to metal surfaces General purpose bonding applications (not recommended for EPDM or TPO) Rubber bonding to various substrates Rubber repair An adhesive for everyday maintenance and repair tasks with industrial capabilities The versatile design of the neoprene adhesive for joints and high-performance rubber 3Mtm 1300 makes it one of the most popular solutions for general maintenance and repair tasks.
To meet the demands of large-scale operations, high-performance neoprene adhesive for joints and rubber 3Mtm 1300 is available in tubes, cans and buckets. In addition, this adhesive can be sprayed with industrial spraying equipment. Whether sprayed or applied with a brush or roller, apply the adhesive 3Mtm is a simple process. Start by carefully applying the adhesive to the surface until a uniform coating is formed. Using an overlapping pattern, the application of a coating should suffice on most surfaces. Effective adhesive coverage is achieved when 80% or more of the surface is covered. Some substrates, including porous materials, may require additional coating. To apply more adhesive, simply wait until the existing adhesive is dry to the touch and then proceed to apply the additional coating.
