CEPRO fireproof blanket for welding up to 1.300oC Olympus

The CEPRO Flameproof Welding Mant up to 1.300oC Olympus is made of heat resistant fabrics and protects against sparks and splashes from welding and grinding.

Olympus' heat-resistant fabric uses high-quality silica fibres, which are not dangerous to the environment. The Olympus welding blanket is treated with a mineral-based finish to improve its abrasive resistance and frost resistance. Olympus is asbestos free!

The maximum application temperature is 1000 °C, soon to 1300 °C. Recommended for use as a welding blanket, even under extreme conditions.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Continuous heat load up to 1000 °C, briefly at 1300 °C

• Two-sided flame retardant

APPLICATIONS

For horizontal use: as a welding and grinding curtain in situations where very high temperatures are reached.

Olympus silicate fabrics have excellent handling and resistance to high temperature loads.

MANUFACTURE FROM MATERIALS OF ANY HEADING

The specifications for custom-made welding blankets are:

• Sewn on cut edges
• The minimum size available is 1m2
• The maximum size available is 15m2
• The minimum length per side is 100 cm
• Welding blankets shall be manufactured with a tolerance of 5 cm in the dimensions provided
• Custom welding blankets are not returnable
