Mosqueton AmD Triact Lock M34A TL

Unlike flexible products such as curtains and strips other they are made of 3 mm thick polycarbonate - a high impact resistant material. The material can, for example, be used for the separation of a welding robot or as a window in a welding booth.

The impact plates are 3 mm thick and are available in two standard sizes 2050 x 1250mm or 1025 x 1250mm . They can also be custom-made on request.

These two colours comply with EN-1598 standards and provide excellent filtration of dangerous welding light and also offer protection against irritating but not harmful welding light. They not only provide a better view of the work area but also make it safer and isolate the welder from other work areas.

Technical information

• Minimum temperature of use approx. -30 DEGREES.
• Maximum heat resistance approx. 140 DEGREES .
• Impact sections are designed to provide visual protection and although they are flame retardant, they are not suitable for protection against welding sparks.
• The material is not intended to be a substitute for a welding window, but they protect spectators from harmful rays in the welding area.
