Approved plate V-20 of 50x50cm "outstanding load". Indicated for road signs. The V-20 plate is a road signalling device used to indicate that a vehicle is carrying a load that protrudes from its normal dimensions.
It is a signalling device used in freight vehicles when the load exceeds the normal limits of length, width or height allowed by road regulations. This plate is placed at the rear of the vehicle to indicate to other drivers that the load is protruding and that caution should be exercised when passing or following the vehicle.
The V-20 overload plate is mandatory in many countries and its main purpose is to warn other drivers about the presence of a load that may be wider, higher or longer than normal. This helps to prevent accidents and ensure road safety for both the cargo vehicle and other road users.

It is the making of a signalling plate for vehicles with protruding loads.
The support material consists of an aluminium sheet of 1.4±0.1mm Alloy 1200 H14 and/or H24 with a width of 500 mm and a height of 500 mm. Externally to the reflective surface and throughout its contour, the plate bears a rounded rim (bordón) according to the attached figure painted with Spanish synthesis type black ebony matte S-100.
The bottom of the plate is of a high intensity type sheet 3M Ref . : SP-093870E white level 2. It is printed with PU-568 marapur ink in transparent red with alternating stripes as shown in the attached figure.
