ERGOSTOP slip resistant device on a twisted rope of Ø14 mm. It has a simple, threaded opening system, easy to assemble and disassemble the equipment on any stretch of rope.
The kit contains: 1 anticoagulant device. 1 rope Ø14mm (available in 10M, 20M and 30M). two muskets 981.
The configuration of the apparatus allows an optimal circulation of the fall guard over the rope and immediate locking in case of fall.
The fall guard incorporates a double panic lock safety system.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Thanks to the simple opening system with thread, the device can be assembled and disassembled quickly on braided rope in any section, having an automatic safety system.
- In addition, the fall guard incorporates a double antipathy safety lock system, preventing the user from falling if the body falls on the device.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE
- The equipment must be individually attributed to one person.- It is recommended that the anchorage point where the anti-fall system will be fixed be above the user. The anchorage point shall have a minimum static resistance of 12 kN and shall comply with the requirements of EN 795.
- Personal protective equipment must not be worn by persons whose state of health may affect the safety of the wearer under normal conditions of use or in an emergency.
- Personal protective equipment should only be used by a person trained and competent in its safe use.
LIFETIME
The estimated service life of the equipment is 11 years from the date of manufacture (1 year of storage and 10 years of use).The following factors may reduce the shelf life of the product: heavy use, contact with chemicals, particularly harsh environments, exposure to extreme temperatures, exposure to ultraviolet rays, abrasion, cuts, heavy impacts, or poor use and maintenance. The mandatory annual review shall validate the correct operation of the equipment.
The equipment must be examined by the manufacturer or an authorised person at least once a year. If a fall has been stopped, the equipment must be withdrawn from use.
