COLOR LAYER INKS
Color layer (according to the needs of the sign) using screen printing inks cured by means of UV radiation for multipurpose use on various plastics.
These are inks with a glossy finish, whose mixture of compounds and radiated curing method give them excellent elasticity and reactivity, not only in overprinting but also in folding and die-cutting.

MAINTENANCE AND RECOMMENDATIONS
In order to preserve the functionality for which the signaling systems have been designed, SEKURECO recommends keeping the signals free of dust, dirt or any debris or object that prevents their visibility and identification.
For cleaning, it is advisable to preferably use soapy solutions, avoiding the use of solvents or abrasive products that could damage the surface of the sign.
The working temperature should not be higher than 45º C. Higher temperatures can deform the support material.

The signage plates are made as defined in Annex III of RD485/1997, both in their intrinsic characteristics and in the type of sign.
The size of the square makes it visible from 9.30 meters away in its A4 size and 13.4 meters away in its A3 size (according to the formula published in the TECHNICAL GUIDE supporting RD 485/1997).

STORAGE, CLEANING AND CONSERVATION
The working temperature should not be higher than 45º C. Higher temperatures can deform the support material.
The optimal storage temperature will be between 15º C and 25º C; and with a humidity of 10/50%.
Cleaning methods; avoid applying abrasive products. It is recommended to clean them with water and neutral detergents.
