CEPRO welding blade Green 6

Welding blade designed for use in workplaces where passers-by must be protected from dangerous radiation emitted during welding work; it provides a firm separation of spaces, thanks to its resistant material and easy holding.

The CEPRO Green 6 soldering iron provides protection against dangerous blue and ultraviolet (UV) light. It should be noted that prolonged exposure to these rays can lead to actinic conjunctivitis and even cataracts. With the use of this safety equipment, welders and their working environment will be protected.

CHARACTERISTICS

• The curtain is riveted on all sides to prevent tearing
• They comply with the safety standard EN-1598 which requires them to filter out harmful radiation (IR+UV).

TECHNICAL DATA

They are made on a treated PVC base, with reinforced edges of 5cm around the entire curtain, provided with 7 eyelets at the top and connection brackets on both sides supplied with 7 suspension hooks.

• The thickness of the curtains varies between 0,40 and 0,45 mm.
• Approximate minimum temperature of use: 5 °C.
• Maximum resistance to approximately 80 °C.
• Welding curtains are for use as visual protection and although they are flame retardants, they are not suitable for use as a welding blanket or as protection against welding sparks
• The material is not designed to replace a welding window, but to protect passersby from damaging rays in the welding area
