CleanAirTower room ventilation and room ventilation are used when the removal of fume from the weld is not sufficient.

The tower effectively protects workers and machines from fine dust during welding. Clean air returns to the room.

The new optimized airflow has a special effect and, similar to pinball, ensures that potential sparks and particles collide with steel sheet elements at 10 or more points, effectively removing energy from them.

The ventilation of the room causes only minimal air turbulence, so the polluted air does not reach the unpolluted areas.

The CleanAirTower operates according to the layered ventilation principle recommended by the Employers' Liability Insurance Association for hallway ventilation.

OPERATION

• Withdrawal of ambient air through a built-in fan
• The purified air is returned to the ship by low pulses from the bottom of the system
• The purified hot air supports the rise of the welding smoke towards the suction grid and creates a slow recirculation of air (layered ventilation) at the workstation
