Suction system for welding fumes 810200020
The solid yet compact installation is well suited to production vessels and welding workshops with large amounts of smoke and dust. Ready-to-plug and equipped with holes for forklifts as well as lifting rings, the System 8000 is installed continuously as a central suction and filtration installation for various welding workstations, cutting machines or welding robots. The KemTex® ePTFE membrane filter cartridges used for ultrafine dust absorb even particles below 0.1 m and thanks to the W3/IFA certification, the System 8000 is also suitable for use in chromium-nickel steel machining.
Summary and applications
- Large amounts of smoke/dust
- Welding workshops and schools
- Training centres and automated welding lines
- Oxycutting systems, plasma and laser cutting
- Possible outdoor installation
Benefit
- Collection of dust free from contamination by means of airtight fixation of the container by means of a compressed air-activated mechanism.
- Continuous uninterrupted operation thanks to differential pressure driven automatic filter cleaning
- Low noise emissions due to operation with particularly low noise level
- Quick and easy assembly, as it is supplied ready to plug in and with forklift holes.
- Large savings in energy costs when using the power regulator due to automatic adjustment of the intake power according to need
- Convenient handling thanks to intelligent control via touch screen with diagnostic system
- Flexible integration of control into third party systems such as cutting machines due to voltage-free contacts
- Maximum health protection for operators through the use of KemTex® ePTFE filter cartridges with surface filtering
