It shall be capable of supporting the rolling stock 3M. What. The sheet disc 3MTM 577F features fast-cutting alumina-zirconium ore on its durable sheets with polyester backing. Our 577F discs provide additional cutting power and durability in intensive applications such as weld removal, sharp edge work and beveling. Available grain: P40, P60, P80.
Supply: 5 to 10 working days
CHARACTERISTICS
- The alumina-zirconia mineral with adjuvant provides greater cutting power than aluminum oxide in all types of metals.
- The slats allow you to sand and join in one pass, saving you time.
- Heavy polyester backed sheets last longer in high pressure applications, such as sharp edge machining and beveling.
- Fast fastening makes it easier to replace discs
BENEFITS
- Ideal for the most demanding sanding applications where finishing is important, overlapping layers of fin disc fins 3M 577Fs wear continuously, continually exposing new abrasive mineral for quick and consistent cutting, while fin padding creates a smooth finish.
- Foil discs generally create a finer grade finish than they are graded, which reduces finishing steps.
- An adjuvant reduces sanding temperatures for processes with heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel and titanium alloys.
- Foil discs are used in right angle grinders.
- Large sheet discs have the same diameter as standard sheet discs, but with larger sheets.
- Larger fins create very thick layers and have 25% more abrasive material than standard fin discs, for more aggressive cutting and longer service life.
- Sheet discs are three-dimensional sanding discs, with overlapping layers of fiber-reinforced sheets and coated with abrasive, starting from a central axis.
- These sheets wear continuously with use, exposing an ever-new mineral for quick and steady cutting.
- This unique alternative to bonded discs and fiber discs smooths and finishes in a single pass; therefore, they represent a time and money-saving solution in many typical applications.
- Under normal conditions, sheet discs generate a finer grade finish than fiber discs of the same grade. In addition, because the overlapping structure allows it to load more abrasive material onto the cutting surface, they last much longer than normal discs.
- Sheet discs have the flexibility to easily follow curves and contours, creating fewer tears and improving operator comfort.
